What is Laylatul Qadr?

Laylatul Qadr is considered to be the Holiest night in the Islamic calendar, and can be found in the last 10 days of the blessed month of Ramadan. This was when the first verses of the Qur’an were revealed to the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). Although the exact date is unknown, it is widely believed to be the 27th day of the Holy month.

When is The Night of Power?

Laylatul Qadr can be found in the last 10 days of Ramadan. Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) said: “Look for it in the odd nights of the last ten nights of the month of Ramadan.” (Bukhari).

Maximise your Ramadan and earn tremendous rewards during the night of Laylatul Qadr by automating your donations and ensuring you do not miss the Night of Power.

Feeding those in need:

For the past 12 years we have been supporting a vast community of families in rural parts of Kenya. A place where mainstream charities do not operate.

Every year hundreds of families rely on your donations to get food rations and other support to get them through the month of Ramadan.

This turn of the year is exceptional, as Kenya has been hit by one of the worst droughts on record due to a shortfall of rains so it’s even more important to support them in this time of need.

Just £60 (Zakaat, Sadaqah, Lillah) will get food rations for a family of 5 for one month. We are trying to raise a total of 500 packs.

£100 (Sadaqah, Lillah only) will give iftar to 40 people at the masjid for one day.

100% of your donations go to the needy.

The Prophet (peace be upon him) was the most generous of people, and he was most generous during Ramadan (Hadith, Bukhari).

Please donate using the link below and don’t forget to press continue at the end to leave a comment on what your donation is for.
